Tami Tolitano is a certified public accountant (CPA) as well as a tax attorney in the Chicago area. Additionally, our business litigation lawyer represents individuals across Chicago in a variety of personal matters such as real estate disputes including disputes regarding ownership of property, disputes arising out of trusts and wills including claims of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity, and employment disputes including claims of wrongful termination. Our taxpayer representation practice involves representing businesses and individuals involved in civil tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, the Illinois Department of Revenue and local taxing authorities with respect to a wide variety of domestic and international tax matters.
